7:45 - 7:55 Letchworth Referendum Q&A David Evangelista
David spoke at length about the flaws in the MOU and the fact that there is no contract. The actual referendum language is simply a vote to give the Town Board the authority to sell the property to the developer without us knowing what is being proposed, He recommends a NO vote.
7:55 - 8:05 Floating Rail & Waterway Zoning Change - George Potanovic George spoke about the proposed changes in zoning and felt that we should not proceed with this law until our Town Master Plan and Waterfront plan is updated.

No update from Hollis. The Town has successfully killed the library expansion referendum on technicalities even although 900+ residents signed the petitions.
8:10 - 8:20 New Business No new business.
