The Consortium is re-negotiating contracts with the municipalities that have been using them. We’ll wait until after the election to begin raising awareness in SP.

7:45 - 7:55 Letchworth Referendum Q&A David Evangelista
David spoke at length about the flaws in the MOU and the fact that there is no contract. The actual referendum language is simply a vote to give the Town Board the authority to sell the property to the developer without us knowing what is being proposed, He recommends a NO vote.

7:55 - 8:05 Floating Rail & Waterway Zoning Change - George Potanovic George spoke about the proposed changes in zoning and felt that we should not proceed with this law until our Town Master Plan and Waterfront plan is updated.

8:05 - 8:10 Rose Library Update - Hollis Griffin
No update from Hollis. The Town has successfully killed the library expansion referendum on technicalities even although 900+ residents signed the petitions.

8:10 - 8:20 New Business No new business.
